We are two young teachers who decided to swap the classroom for the kitchen after spending the holidays in South East Asia last summer. We hope that the lessons that we learnt on our culinary adventure will open your taste buds to a world of BAO!
Each individual Oyster BUN is generously filled with our 36-hour sous vide Pork Belly, Southern Fried Chicken or Korean BBQ Tofu accompanied with unique flavourings and our special Asian slaw.
We also cater for private events, parties and weddings. We are happy to provide quotes and customised menus to meet your every need.
